MARINE ENGINEERING & FABRICATION SERVICES
We are located at 2A Pioneer Sector 1, Singapore 628415, with direct access to the western port waters. Since 1977, we have been a trusted partner for vessel operators, government agencies, and marine contractors, offering responsive marine engineering from emergency repairs to new build programmes.
VESSEL BUILDING
Custom aluminum vessels tailored client specifications for commercial, government, and private sectors. Our comprehensive-house engineering and fabrication services manage the entire build cycle, from concept sea trials, using marine-grade alloys, with classification society support available.
VESSEL REPAIR
Aluminium, Steel, Fibreglass (GRP) & Composite Vessels; AES handles structural and mechanical repair for all commercial and private vessels. Our yard has direct water access for afloat repairs and haul-out capability for below-waterline work.
JETTY OPERATIONS — LOADING & UNLOADING
Cargo Handling at Private Jetty with direct access to Singapore's western port approach.
We provide vessel-to-jetty and jetty-to-vessel cargo transfer services for commercial marine operators.

HEAVY HAULAGE &
OUT-OF-GAUGE (OOG) TRANSPORT
AES provides heavy haulage and out-of-gauge (OOG) transport for marine and industrial clients in Singapore to Malaysia. We manage cargo such as vessel sections, marine engines, industrial machinery, and oversized loads needing convoys.
LOAD TESTING — CERTIFIED PROOF TESTING
AES provides certified proof load testing for lifting and restraint equipment on marine vessels, jetties, and industrial structures. Load testing is required for classification society surveys, MOM regulations, etc.

MARINE COATINGS & ANTIFOULING
Surface Preparation and Marine Coating Application Correct coating selection and application is critical for vessel longevity in Singapore's tropical waters. AES provides full hull preparation, priming, antifouling, and topside finishing.
